摘要
细节疲劳额定值法(DFR法)是一种已在飞机寿命估算及耐久性分析中广泛使用的结构疲劳分析方法。为了将DFR法应用于含多相似疲劳细节的复杂结构的疲劳分析,克服结构DFR值的传统评估模型的不足,以得到更准确的评估结果,分别将复杂结构考虑成一个由相似疲劳细节群组成的串联、并联或串并混合联的结构系统,依据DFR法和系统可靠性模型,建立含多相似疲劳细节结构的细节疲劳额定值的估算模型。
Detail-fatigue-rating(DFR) is a structural fatigue analysis method based on nominal stress fatigue approach. The number of fatigue details may be couples, dozens or hundreds. The weakness of the traditional assessment model for DFR value of structure with multiple similar fatigue details is that the entire structure should be defined as series structural systems and all the fatigue details are assumed to be the same. In order to obtain more accurate estimation, a structure with multiple similar fatigue details was considered as the series, a parallel or a mix system respectively. The assessment equations for DFR value then could be derived from above three system models.
