摘要
为提高加工中心立柱的动态特性,基于元结构理论从立柱内部筋板、外部框架分别进行优化。针对文中研究对象内部大部分元结构尺寸相同的特点,采用参数化设计方法优化元结构尺寸,提高了优化效率。元结构的拓扑型式根据扩展结构的动态特性选定,该方法比传统方法中根据元结构单体的动态特性选定型式更准确。外部框架根据原立柱模态分析结果进行优化。最后综合立柱内、外部优化分析结果,给出了动态优化效果、改进难度与成本各有优劣的两个优化方案,为加工中心的改进提供参考。
To improve the dynamic characteristics of a machining center column,optimization was carried out on internal ribs and external framework based on the unit structure theory. Most of the unit structures had the same size, so, parameterization method was used to optimize unit structure dimensions, which improved efficiency greatly. The unit structure topology was determined according to the dynamic characteristics of extended structure.The method adopted is more accurate than the traditional way in which selection is based on the dynamic characteristic of unit structures.Optimization of the external framework is based on the modal analysis of the original column. Finally, in view of above optimization results, two solutions are given that differ in dynamic optimization effect, difficulty and cost,providing a reference for improving the machining center.
