浅谈废旧脱硝催化剂处置的产业政策及储运安全 被引量:1

摘要 随着越来越多的燃煤电厂使用SCR系统进行烟气脱硝,随之产生的废旧催化剂的处置问题将会变得愈加突出。本文介绍了脱硝催化剂在SCR系统中的应用和失活的主要原因,分析了我们面对的废旧催化剂处置问题的紧迫性。对国家废旧脱硝催化剂处置的相关政策进行了论述。重点描述了废旧催化剂被定性为危险废弃物后,我们在运输和储存方面需要注意的相关问题。 With more and more coal-fired power plants using selective catalytic reduction ( SCR) system for flue gas denitration, disposal of waste catalyst resulting became increasingly prominent. The main reason of application and inactivation of denitration catalyst in SCR system was introduced, and the urgency of the waste catalyst disposal problems was analyzed.The national related policy denitration catalyst disposal of waste was discussed.The waste catalyst was characterized as hazardous waste, the relevant issues needed to pay attention to in the transport and storage, which was mainly described.
