摘要
因具有节能环保的优势,液环泵抽真空系统替代末级蒸汽抽空器系统已在常减压蒸馏装置减压抽真空系统中获得了成功应用,但部分液环泵系统存在性能不稳定的现象。以减压塔顶液环泵抽真空系统的流程构成为基础,分析了各组成部分对液环泵抽真空系统的影响,归纳总结了有利于液环泵抽真空系统平稳运行的措施。
As the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, the liquid ring pump vacuum system was successfully applied by replacing the last stage of steam ejector system in atmospheric vacuum distillation unit, but some liquid ring pump system had instability performance.Based on the technological process of the vacuum system of vacuum tower using the liquid ring pump, the influence of each part of the technological process was analyzed, and the measures to improve the vacuum system were summed up.
