文献检索是科研工作者培养情报意识和从大量的文献资料中获取知识和情报的一门科学方法。文献检索在科研工作者培养科研能力方面有着重要的作用。笔者针对文献检索在培养科研能力的重要性,围绕培养科研分类能力、科研想象能力、科研分析综合能力、科研探究能力等四个方面进行了全面系统探索。

Literature retrieval was a scientific method of cultivating information consciousness and acquiring knowledge information from a large number of literatures.Literature retrieval was quite important for research workers to cultivate scientific research ability.Aiming at the importance of literature retrieval in the cultivation of scientific research ability, the cultivation of categorization ability, imagery ability, analysis and comprehensive ability, exploration ability in scientific research were systematically explored.
