摘要
对扬州地区规模生产再生骨料所配置混凝土进行了回弹及碳化试验,研究了再生混凝土回弹值与再生骨料取代率之间的关系;粗骨料对回弹值的影响;随龄期的增加,再生混凝土回弹值增长与普通混凝土的比较。分析了再生混凝土碳化影响因素;再生二类粗骨料配置的再生混凝土抗碳化性能;水中养护再生混凝土抗碳化性能;粗骨料与细骨料取代率对碳化深度的影响等。
The experimental study of rebound and carbonation for recycled aggregate concrete in scale produc- tion in Yangzhou is conducted in this article. The relationship between recycled concrete rebound value and replacement ratio of recycled aggregate, the effect of coarse aggregate on rebound value, and the comparison between rebound value growth of recycled concrete and traditional concrete with time increase are discussed here. Mean while, the carbonation influencing factors of recycled concrete the carbonation resistance of recy- cled concrete with recycled second class coarse aggregate, the carbonation resistance in water, and the effect of replacement ratio of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate on the carbonation depth are analyzed.
