原发性高血压病并高脂血症临床多因素分析

Clinical Multiplicity of Essential Hypertension with Hyperlipoidemia in Patients

目的:观察原发性高血压病并高脂血症对患者的影响,探讨原发性高血压病并高脂血症患者治疗及预后。方法:观察80例原发性高血压病并高脂血症患者及50例原发性高血压病患者,比较2组患者动态血压、超声心动图、血脂等变化。结果:原发性高血压病并高脂血症患者心脏彩超、血脂较原发性高血压病患者组变化明显,两者相比具有显著性差异。结论:积极控制血压,降低血脂及低脂饮食,对原发性高血压病并高脂血症预后具有重要意义。

Objective： To observe the effect of essential hypertension with hyperlipoidemia to patients,and to investigate the prognosis of the patients. Methods： Compared the ambulatory blood pressure、ultrasonoscope、blood- fat in 80 essential hypertension with hyperlipoidemia patients with that in 50 essential hypertension patients. Results： There was a statistical significance in comparing to ultrasonoscope,blood- fat.Conclusion： Essential hypertension with hyperlipoidemia patients should control blood pressure and correct blood- fat,there is a significance for prognosis of the patients.
