摘要 老年人共病已成为普遍现象,常常需要多重用药。现将老年人共病多重用药的对策综述如下。1共病与多重用药的概念1.1共病的概念增龄引起的器官老化与功能衰退决定了老年多重疾病的高患病率,简称共病。老年共病是指2种或2种以上慢性病（如高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等）、老年综合征和（或）老年问题（如抑郁、
