赠品类别对顾客购买决策的影响 被引量:1

摘要 理论研究和实践应用都表明,当进行赠品促销时,设计合理的赠品促销能对消费者购买行为产生积极影响。本文通过调查发现赠品类别的差异对顾客购买决策会的影响:不是同一厂家生产的赠品和与主品相关的赠品更能促进顾客购买决策。与主品利益一致的赠品更能促进顾客购买决策。与主品属性一致的赠品更能促进顾客购买决策。
