摘要
目的:分析利多卡因在百草枯中毒患者口腔护理中的临床应用效果。方法:收集2013年2月-2014年2月本院收治的84例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组各42例。对照组患者采取传统护理,观察组患者采取利多卡因进行口腔护理,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组总有效率为88.10%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组口腔溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在百草枯中毒患者口腔护理中应用利多卡因,有利于缓解患者痛苦程度,有效缩短口腔溃疡愈合时间,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the clinical effects of mouth care for the patients with paraquat poisoning by lidocaine. Method：patients with paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of 42 cases. The control group was cared by traditional nursing, the observation group was cared by lidocaine. The nursing efficacy was compared of the two groups. Result：The total effective rate for the observation group（88.10%） was higher than the control group（66.67%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The healing time for the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effects of mouth care for the patients with paraquat poisoning by lidocaine is good, it can relief the pain of patients, short oral cavity ulcer healing time,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
