香薰疗法配合穴位按摩在阴道分娩中的应用研究

The Application Study of Aromatherapy Massage Therapy with Acupuncture Points in the Vaginal Delivery

目的:探讨香薰疗法配合穴位按摩在阴道分娩中的应用价值。方法:选取2008年9月-2013年1月本院确诊治疗的阴道分娩产妇166例,按随机数字表法分为常规护理组和香薰按摩组各83例,两组产妇在分娩前和分娩过程中均给予常规待产护理,香薰按摩组产妇在此护理基础上给予香薰疗法配合穴位按摩护理,对产妇产程、分娩过程中疼痛情况、产后出血情况和恢复情况,以及产妇疼痛情况进行评估。结果:香薰按摩组产妇第一、第二产程和总产程时间均短于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);香薰按摩组产妇第一、第二产程VAS评分和产后总出血量低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);香薰按摩组产后恢复时间均短于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香薰疗法配合穴位按摩护理可有效缓解阴道分娩产妇分娩过程中疼痛症状和缩短产程及产后恢复时间,降低产后出血量,值得临床作进一步推广。

Objective：To discuss the application of aromatherapy massage therapy with acupuncture points in the vaginal delivery.Method：166 women with vaginal delivery were selected from September 2008 to January 2013 in our hospital, according to the random distribution, all patients were divided into the routine nursing group and the aromatherapy massage group,the routine nursing was given for all the two groups before birth and during the process of delivery, aromatherapy massage was implemented in the aromatherapy massage group in addition,all pain during labor,delivery, maternal postpartum bleeding and recovery,the maternal pain situation were evaluated.Result：The first and second maternal labor and the total labor time in the aromatherapy massage group was significantly shorter than that of conventional care group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The VAS scores in first and second maternal labor in the aromatherapy massage group were significantly lower than that of routine nursing group,the postpartum blood loss in the aromatherapy massage group was significantly lower than that of routine nursing group（P〈0.05）.The recovery time in the aromatherapy massage group was significantly shorter than that of routine nursing group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Aromatherapy treatment with acupuncture point massage in the process of nursing can effectively alleviate the vagina childbirth puerpera childbirth pain symptoms and shorten the labor and recovery time,reduce postpartum haemorrhage,so it is worth for further clinical promotion.
