fFN检测联合宫颈长度对孕妇早产的预测价值分析

The Predictive Value of Fibronectin Joint Cervical Score for Premature of Pregnant Woman

目的：探讨纤维连接蛋白（f FN）检测联合宫颈长度对孕妇早产的预测价值。方法：选取2008年9月-2012年6月本院孕周在24-35周的孕妇68例,依据f FN检测结果分为f FN阳性组35例和f FN阴性组33例;依据宫颈长度分为高分组31例和低分组37例。对所有孕妇进行f FN检测和宫颈长度测量,分析两者对孕妇7、14 d内分娩以及34周内早产的预测结果。结果：低分组孕妇7、14 d内分娩率以及34周内早产率均明显高于高分组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;f FN阳性组孕妇7、14 d内分娩率以及34周内早产率均明显高于f FN阴性组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。f FN和宫颈长度联合检测早产预测准确率明显高于单独f FN检测,f FN检测早产预测准确率明显高于单独宫颈长度,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：f FN检测比宫颈长度对孕妇早产的预测价值具有更高的可靠性和准确性,而两者联合检测可有效显著提高对孕妇早产的预测价值,值得临床推广。

Objective：To discuss the predictive value of premature with fibronectin（ f FN） joint cervical length for the pregnant woman.Method：68 pregnant women with in gestational age 24-35 w were selected from September 2008 to June 2012 in our Hospitals, according to the f FN detection results,they were divided into the f FN positive group（n=35） and the f FN negative group（n=33）, on the basis of the cervical score were divided into the high group（n=31） and the low group（n=37）. The predicted results of childbirth for the pregnant woman in 7, 14 d and the preterm births in 34 w of all pregnant women were analyzed by f FN and the cervical length detection.Result：The childbirth pregnant women within 7, 14 d and premature birth in 34 w rate of the high group were significantly higher than the low group, the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The childbirth pregnant women within 7, 14 d and premature birth in 34 w rate of the f FN positive group were significantly higher than the f FN negative group（P〈0.05）. The f FN and premature to predict the cervical length united detection accuracy was significantly higher than individual f FN detection, f FN detection premature prediction accuracy was significantly higher than the cervical length alone（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：f FN detection for a pregnant woman premature predictive value of reliability and accuracy is higher than the cervical length, both joint detection can effectively and significantly increase the predictive value of preterm birth for the pregnant woman, it＇s worth for further clinical promotion.
