中医临床护理路径在声带息肉手术患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway with traditional Chinese medical in vocal cord polypectomy patients

目的：建立实施声带息肉手术患者的中医临床护理路径,并对其效果进行评价。方法：将2012年1月~12月我科收治的声带息肉手术患者115例设为对照组,实施常规护理;将2013年1月~12月收治的声带息肉手术患者107例设为干预组,实施中医临床护理路径。结果：干预组患者的住院时间、住院费用较对照组显著下降（P〈0.05）;同时护理满意度显著提高（P〈0.01）。结论：中医临床护理路径可显著降低声带息肉手术患者的住院时间、住院费用,提高患者的护理满意度。

[ Objective] To build and carry out the clinical nursing pathway （CNP） with traditional Chinese medical in vocal cord polypectomy patients, and to evaluate the clinical curative effects of CNP on the patients. [ Melhod] Randomized and controlled design was as followed. 222 patients with vocal cord polypectom were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing （n= 115） and CNP was additionally used in experimental group（n= 107）. [Result] Length of stay and expense of hospitalization in two groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction score in experimental group were higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] CNP with traditional Chinese medical intervention can significantly reduce the length of hospital stay and expense of hospitalization in vocal cord polypectomy patients and improve the nursing satisfaction.
