摘要
目的:探讨妇科腹腔镜手术前不同类型饮食对肠道准备的影响。方法:选择2013年1-6月在我院妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者110例,单号手术日患者57例设为观察组,双号手术日的患者53例设为对照组。对照组患者术前1d中餐、晚餐均半流质饮食;观察组患者术前1d中餐普食,晚餐半流质饮食。比较2组不同类型饮食患者口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散后首次排便时间、4h内排便次数、术中粪便污染率及低血糖反应发生率。结果:2组首次排便时间、4h内排便次数、术中粪便污染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组低血糖反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前1d中餐普食,对妇科腹腔镜手术前,口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散的肠道准备清洁效果无影响,患者低血糖反应发生率观察组低于对照组,患者舒适度增加。
[ Objective]To investigate the effects of having different types of diets on bowel preparation before gynecological laparoscopic surgery. [ Method]To select 110 cases from patients who will take Laparoscopic operation in Department of gynecology in our Hospital from 2013 January to 2013 June. According to their surgery date, they were divided into two groups as observation group (n = 57)( odd- numbered days) and control group (n = 53) (even- numbered days). The day before surgery, the observation group patients ate full food at noon and started eating semi liquid diet from dinner; and the control group started eating semi liquid diet from lunch. After taking oral enema, we compare the following phenomenon between two types of diets: the first defecation time, 4H defecation frequency, fecal contamination rate during operation, also the incidence rate of hypogiycemia reaction. [ Result ]The first defecation time, 4H defecation frequency and fecal contamination rate during operation of two groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05), The observation group has lower incidence rate of hypoglycemia reaction than the control group( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion]Before taking oral enema to clean intestine, eating full diet has no significant effect on bowel preparation, but the incidence rate of hypoglycemia, dizziness, palpitation, abnormal sweating due to general debility, weakness is obviously lower in the observation group than the control group, also the patients has higher comfort levels.
