基于超导接收机前端的低温低噪声放大器设计

摘要 低噪声放大器是接收机系统的重要模块。介绍了应用于P波段的低温低噪放大器的设计和调试方法,通过使用PHEMT晶体管,按照最小噪声系数设计,采用两级级联,并引入源级负反馈和电阻并联负反馈来提高系统稳定性。在77 K温度下,实测放大器增益大于30 dB,噪声系数低于0.5 dB,输入输出反射系数小于—15 dB。
