摘要
事业单位的人力资源管理既关系着社会的稳定及繁荣,同时还会影响事业单位自身的发展,因而加强人事绩效考核就显得尤为必要和重要。文章着重研究了事业单位人力资源人事绩效考核改革的对策,旨在提高事业单位的管理效率。
The human resource management of public Institutions is related to social stability and prosperity, at the same time, it also affects the development of the institution itself, thus strengthening the personnel performance appraisal is particularly necessary and important. The article focuses on the reform and countermeasures of human resources and personnel performance appraisal of public institutions with aiming at improving the efficiency of the management.
