摘要
我国的企业人才流失现象严重,制约了企业的运营。文章就企业人才流失原因以及应对策略进行了分析与研究。
At present, our country's market economy has developed rapidly, the talent competition is intense, so retention of talents has become one of the important tasks of enterprise human resource management. Brain drain of enterprises is serious, which restricts enterprise operations. This article analyzes the reason of brain drain and raises strategies.
