延续性自我护理教育在耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者门诊综合治疗中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨延续性自我护理教育方法在耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者门诊综合治疗中的意义,总结延续性护理教育对控制瘢痕复发的影响。方法将四川省遂宁市中心医院2009年1月-2010年12月收治的仅给予常规门诊手术术前教育未失访的38例耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者作为对照组,将2011年1月-2012年12月收治的在常规门诊术前教育的基础上实施延续性自我护理教育的41例耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者作为实验组。统计两组患者术后1年的复诊率、瘢痕治愈率。结果实验组复诊率为82.93%,对照组复诊率为31.58%,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);实验组治愈率为85.37%,对照组治愈率为60.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论延续性自护理教育可提高耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者门诊治疗的自我管理能力,提高患者术后复诊率,最终提高瘢痕治愈率。 Objective To inestigate the importance of continuty self-care education method in the outpateint comprehensive treatment for auri-cheloid patients and to summarize its impact on the control of scaring recurrence. Methods 38 patients who were just given general nursing education from January 2009 to December 2010 in Suining Central Hospital of Sichuan Province were set as general group, while 41 auri-cheloid patients who were given continuty self-care education from January 2011 to December 2012 in Suining Central Hospital of sichuan province were set as experiment group. And then the subsequent visit rates and cure rates of the two groups were counted one year after their first-treatment, respectively. Results At last the subsequent visit rate of experiment group reached 82.93%, that of the general group was 31.58%, there was statistically significant difference (P〈 0.01); and the cure rate of experiment group was 85.37%, that of the general group was 60.53%, it showed a significantly statistical difference (P 〈 0.05), respectively. Conclusion The continuty self-care education can impove the patients’ability of self-care management and subsequent visit rate. And it finally improves the scare-cure rate.
