医学院校公共管理(一级)学科硕士生课程设置探索

Exploration of setting curriculum for public administration (first-level) master postgraduates in medical college

基于一级学科的硕士生课程设置理论探索,建立科学、合理的课程体系,培养宽口径、复合型的创新型人才,符合目前我国硕士生的培养目标。本文总结近几年硕士生培养过程中课程设置存在的主要问题,分析硕士生课程学习及基于一级学科课程体系存在的必要性,研究探索了作者所在单位硕士生基于一级学科课程设置的基本方案。方案中研究者把基于一级学科的课程设置的思路与二级学科选修课、跨学科补修课等模块相结合,在充分考虑到医学院校教学资源和教师资源等问题的同时,兼顾了课程的层次性与多样性。最后对医学院校基于一级学科的课程设置的相关问题进行了讨论。

The training objective for postgraduates is cultivating applied, interdisciplinary, and innovative high-quality talents, therefore, it is vital importance to explore the theory of curriculum design that are in the basis of the first-de-gree subjects and set up reasonable curricular systems. This research summarizes the main problem in cultivating post-graduates, analyzes the necessity of postgraduates curricular systems, developes basic schemes for curriculum design based on the first-degree subjects. In the schemes, curriculum design is combined with optional courses and interdisci-plinary supplementary courses. The limited teaching resources, the structure and diversity of curriculum are also taken into consideration. The related problems in curriculum design based on the first-degree subjects are discussed as well.
