摘要 肾损伤分子1(Kim-1)是一种Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白,在正常肾脏中不能检测出,但在肾脏缺血或者毒性损伤后在近端小管细胞的细胞膜顶端表达增强,能够促进损伤的上皮细胞修复。目前越来越多的研究表明Kim-1可能是代表急性肾损伤早期、无创的近端小管生物标志物。 Kidney injury molecule 1 (Kim-1) is a type Ⅰ transmembrane glycoprotein, which is absent in normal condition but elevated in the proximal tubule apical membrane cells after renal ischemia or toxic injury. Kim-1 is capable of facilitating repair of injured epithelia. Recently, more and more studies show that Kim-1 may represent an early, noninvasive biomarker for proximal tubular acute kidney injury.
