摘要 以苯并三唑/纳米TiO2复配作为光稳定剂,采用熔融共混的方法制备不同比例的PPS/苯并三唑/纳米TiO2复配体系进行纺丝制备纤维,借助扫描电镜、DTA/TG、DSC、结晶速率仪、电脑测色配色仪等对共混纤维进行外观形貌、结晶速率和光稳定性能的表征,并研究苯并三唑/纳米TiO2复配添加对PPS纤维可纺性及性能的影响.结果表明:随着苯并三唑/纳米TiO2含量的增加,纤维可纺性变差,当含量≤1.5%时纤维形貌及可纺性能满足工业生产要求.另外,苯并三唑/纳米TiO2的复配添加对PPS纤维热性能影响不大,对PPS纤维的结晶速率有促进作用,对PPS纤维的耐光性有增强作用. The fiber used in this study is made through melt blending by adding different proportions of light sta- bilizers-benzotriazole and nano TiO2 into PPS resin; it will go through a series of tests on the fiber morphology, spinnability, crystallization rate, thermal performance and light stability reflected by microscope observation, crystallization rate curve, TG curve, DSC curve, as well as computer colourimetry. The results show that the spinnability of the fiber declines with the increase of the amount of benzotriazole. The fiber morphology and the spinnability can meet the demand of the industrial production when the content is less than or equal to 1.5 %. In addition, the added complex of benzotriazole and nano TiO2 exerts no conspicuous influence on the thermal performance of PPS resin, but raises the crystallization speed and reduces the light resistance of the PPS fiber.
