摘要
采用超声波提取方法提取芹菜的有效活性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对提取样品进行化学成分分析;以豚鼠作为试验对象,用芹菜提取液对其皮肤进行致敏性试验,根据GB15670—1995得出芹菜提取液对豚鼠的皮肤变态反应强度属弱致敏物的结果.
Ultrasonic extraction was adopted to extract celery, whose chemical composition was analyzed by GC - MS. Skin sensitivity test of the celery extract was then carried out on the guinea pig. According to GB15670-1995 standard, it is concluded that celery extract is a weak skin allergic sensitizer on guinea pigs.
