一些高职院校实行大类招生试点取得的经验证明,高职院校实行大类招生尽管存在一些困难,但却有更多的优点.大类招生对高职院校来说,带来的不仅仅是招生模式的变化,更重要的是它也带来了对高职教学管理的新要求,必然促进高职院校教学管理制度的变革,从而也必将为高职教育的新一轮发展带来新的机遇与挑战.总结这些新变化和新要求,探讨应对措施,对高职院校提高办学水平很有必要也很有意义.

The experience of general enrollment reform pilot gained from some higher vocational colleges proves that the advantages overshadow the difficulties. For higher vocational colleges, general enrollment brings about not only the changes in the recruitment mode but also the new requirements on the teaching management. This will promote the teaching management system reform in Higher Vocational Colleges, which will, in turn, bring new opportunities and challenges for a new round of development of higher vocational education. It is both indispensable and meaningful for vocational colleges to summarize these new changes and new requirements and to explore the coping measures with a view to improving the level of college running capacity.
