红细胞保存液混悬洗涤红细胞的质量观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测红细胞保存液(MAP)混悬洗涤红细胞在保存有效期内的质量指标。方法:随机将悬浮红细胞分为2组,1组不洗涤(对照组),1组用生理盐水洗涤最后用MAP混悬(实验组),4℃±2℃冰箱保存,分别在保存期7、14、21、28、35d同时取样,按洗涤红细胞质量标准进行检测。结果:实验组和对照组在保存期末(35d)的血红蛋白含量、上清液蛋白含量、溶血率及无菌试验均符合国家标准;但实验组洗涤红细胞在保存21d后溶血率明显升高至保存末期35d,溶血率为(0.110±0.035),与7d时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用MAP混悬洗涤红细胞至保存期末质量符合标准,但溶血率随时间延长而逐渐升高,建议最好在保存期21d内的洗涤红细胞应用临床为佳。 Objective:To detect the quality indexes of erythroeyte preserve fluid (MAP) suspension washed red blood cells in the period of validity. Method:The suspension washing red blood ceils were randomly divided in- to 2 groups, 1 group without washing (control group)and 1 group using physiological saline washed and MAP suspend (experimental group), and were stored in 4℃ ±2℃ refrigerator. Samples were taken at the 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 d of the retention period, and tested according to the washing RBC quality standards. Result: HGB con tent, supernatant fluid protein content, hemolysis rate and sterility test in the final storage phase (35 d) of the ex- perimental group and the control group all met the national standards, hut the hemolysis ratio of washing red hlood cells in the experimental group significantly increased from 21 d to 35 d, compared with the 7 d, the hemolysis rate was (0. 110±0. 035), P〈0.01, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:The quality of washing red blood cells using MAP suspension conforms to the standard to the end of the retention period, and it would be better to clinically use washed red blood cells in the storage phase of 21 d.
