无偿献血者ABO正反定型不符及家系调查1例

A case of discrepancy of forward and reverse of ABO blood type and pedigree analysis of a voluntary donor

如果红细胞上缺少A或B凝集原,健康成人的血清中总是具有相应的凝集素〔1〕。使用阶梯P3微孔板对献血者做ABO正反定型时,发现1份正反定型不符的血液标本,正定型B型,反定型AB型,试管法重复试验结果一致,抽取该献血者及其家人血液标本做进一步鉴定,现报告如下。1材料与方法1.1标本来源无偿献血者,男,21岁,67kg,首次献血。1.2试剂和仪器单克隆抗-A、抗-B血型定型试剂、抗-A1、抗-H血清、抗球蛋白试剂（上海血液生物医药有限公司，批号分别为20130304、20130705、20130823、20130904）。

It was verified that the discrepancy of forward and reverse of ABO blood type of a healthy adult B type donor was induced by the weakened anti A antibody, which was certified through serological methods such as absorption and elution test, identification of blood group substances in saliva, and pedigree analysis,etc.
