可脱性微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床研究

Clinical study on endovascular embolization with detachable micro-coils in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms

目的探讨可脱性微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床效果。方法选择本科收治的48例颅内动脉瘤患者,将其病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均成功行介入治疗,成功率100%。经治疗后,所有患者中出现并发症4例(8.33%)。所有患者均无失访现象,与随访半年比较,随访1年患者的PF、RP、RE得分均升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论可脱性微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤效果较好,且可提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss clinical effect of endovascular embolization with detachable micro-coils in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 48 patients with intracranial aneurysm in our department were selected,and data of patients were retrospectively analysed. Results All 48 patients were successful intervention treatment,success rate was 100%.After treatment,all patients with complications in 4 cases（8.33%）.All patients were lost to follow-up phenomenon,compared with six months of follow-up,the PF,RP,RE score followed up for 1 year was increased obviously respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Endovascular embolization with detachable micro-coils in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms has good effect,and can improve the life quality of patients.
