子宫内膜异位症中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及相关性,两者在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学Elivision TM二步法分别检测30例子宫内膜异位症(实验组)异位内膜和在位内膜,以及30例正常子宫内膜(对照组)中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达,并对两者表达的相关性进行分析。结果 HIF-1α在子宫内膜异位症患者异位及在位内膜中的表达水平均强于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在异位内膜中的表达水平强于在位内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在子宫内膜异位症患者异位及在位子宫内膜中的表达强于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在异位内膜中的表达强于在位内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组中的增生期和分泌期表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HIF-1α与VEGF在子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜中的表达增高,且呈正相关。HIF-1α可能通过VEGF在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中发挥作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in endometriosis,and the clinical significance in the occurrence and development of endometriosis. Methods Reverse immunohistochemical ElivisionTMmethod was employed to detect the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of 30 patients with endometriosis,and in the endometria in 30 patients with the normal controls. Results The expression level of HIF-1α in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of patients was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05),and the expression level in ectopic endometrium was higher than that in eutopic endometrium,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The expression level of VEGF in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of patients was also higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05),and the expression level of the ectopic endometrium was higher than that in eutopic endometrium,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The expression in each group showed no significant difference in secretory phase endometrium or in proliferative phase endometrium(P〉0.05). Conclusion There are unusually elevated levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in the ectopic endometrium,and they are positive correlation.HIF-1α may play a role in occurrence and development by VEGF in endometriosis.
