老年精神病患者治疗依从性分析

Analysis of treatment compliance in elderly patients with mental disease

目的探讨老年精神病患者治疗依从性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2011年5月～2013年5月在本院诊治的老年精神病患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,分别给予不同的干预措施,随访1年观察两组依从性。结果两组治疗6、12个月依从性的比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同月收入、文化程度及家属关心程度患者治疗12个月后治疗依从性比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论根据患者特点进行健康教育干预,提高患者治疗依从性,改善患者的病情及促进患者康复。

Objective To discuss treatment compliance in elderly patients with mental disease in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 120 elderly patients with mental disease from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected and randomly assigned to observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.Different intervention measure was adopted separately,and followed up for 1 year,compliance of two groups was observed. Results After treatment of6,12 months,compliance of two groups was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment of12 months,treatment compliance of patient with different monthly income,education level and family concern degree was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to patients′ characters carry on health education intervention,increase patients′ treatment compliance,improve patients′ condition and promote the patients′ rehabilitation.
