彩色多普勒超声在前臂动静脉内瘘血液透析患者中的应用

Application of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with hemodialysis of the forearm internal arteriovenous fistula

目的分析彩色多普勒超声在前臂动静脉内瘘血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法选择在本院就诊的接受前臂动静脉内瘘血液透析治疗的肾衰竭患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者在接受前臂动静脉内瘘血液透析治疗过程中不应用彩超多普勒超声技术进行监测;观察组患者在接受前臂动静脉内瘘血液透析治疗过程中应用彩超多普勒超声技术进行监测,分析两组血液透析治疗期间静脉通道畅通率、血液透析治疗效果、不良反应发生率、肾功能改善时间和接受血液透析治疗总时间等。结果观察组的血液透析治疗期间静脉通道畅通率明显高于对照组,血液透析治疗效果明显优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,肾功能改善时间和接受血液透析治疗总时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用彩色多普勒超声技术对肾衰竭患者在接受前臂动静脉内瘘血液透析治疗过程中实施监测的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with hemodialysis of the forearm internal arteriovenous fistula. Methods 82 patients with renal failure conducted by hemodialysis of the forearm internal treated in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group（n =41） and observation group with 41 cases in each group（n=41）.Patients in the control group were not given color Doppler ultrasound color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment course of hemodialysis of the forearm internal arteriovenous fistula,while the patients in the observation group were given color Doppler ultrasound color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment course of hemodialysis of the forearm internal arteriovenous fistula.Venous channel flow rate in the course of hemodialysis treatment,the treatment effect of hemodialysis,the incidence rate of adverse reaction,and the improvement time of renal function,the total time of receiving hemodialysis in the two groups were analyzed. Results Venous channel flow rate in the course of hemodialysis treatment in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,the hemodialysis effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,the improvement time of renal function,the total time of receiving hemodialysis in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound monitoring in the treatment course of hemodialysis of the forearm internal arteriovenous fistula for patients with renal failure is very obvious.
