经阴道彩超在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨经阴道彩超在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的应用价值。方法对2011年11月~2014年9月经病理确诊的84例子宫内膜息肉患者的声像图进行回顾性分析并与经宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉的准确率进行对比。结果经阴道彩超与宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉的准确率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论经阴道彩超对子宫内膜息肉诊断的准确率高,是诊断子宫内膜息肉可靠、简单的方法。 Objective To discuss the application value of transvaginal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods Ultrasonography of 84 patients with endometrial polyps diagnosed by pathology from November 2011 to September 2014 was retrospectively analyzed,and the accuracy rate of diagnosing endometrial polyps between the transvaginal color ultrasound and hysteroscope was compared. Results There was no statistical difference of the accuracy rate between the color ultrasound and hysteroscope in diagnosing endometrial polyps(P〉0.05). Conclusion The accuracy rate of diagnosing endometrial polyps of transvaginal color ultrasound is high,and it is a reliable and simple method in diagnosis of endometrial polyps.
