针对性护理在大脑半球切除术治疗偏侧惊厥-偏瘫-癫痫综合征中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing on hemispherectomy in the treatment of hemiconvulsion-hemiplegia-epilepsy syndrome

目的探讨针对性护理在大脑半球切除术治疗偏侧惊厥-偏瘫-癫痫综合征中的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年10月～2013年12月诊治的42例偏侧惊厥-偏瘫-癫痫综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各21例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的发热率、并发症发生率显著低于对照组,发热持续时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,肢体功能改善率、情绪稳定率、记忆力增强率、家属满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对性护理干预在大脑半球切除术治疗偏侧惊厥-偏瘫-癫痫综合征中的应用效果显著,能明显缩短治疗时间,提高家属满意度,且并发症少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore application effect of targeted nursing on hemispherectomy in the treatment of hemiconvulsion-hemiplegia-epilepsy syndrome. Methods 42 cases with hemiconvulsion-hemiplegia-epilepsy syndrome from October 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,21 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The nursing effect of two groups was compared respectively. Results The heating rate and incidence of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the heating duration and hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the rate of limb function improvement,the rate of emotional stability,the rate of memory enhancing,satisfaction of families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application effect of targeted nursing on hemispherectomy in the treatment of hemiconvulsion-hemiplegia-epilepsy syndrome is significant,which can significantly shorten treatment time and improve the patients＇ family members′satisfaction,complications is less,security is high,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
