心肾综合征发病机制及诊治的最新进展 被引量:4

摘要 2008年,Ronco明确提出了"心肾综合征"这一概念,并根据发病机制将其分为5种临床亚型:Ⅰ型为急性心肾综合征;Ⅱ型为慢性心肾综合征;Ⅲ型为急性肾心综合征;Ⅳ型为慢性肾心综合征;Ⅴ型为继发性心肾综合征。心肾疾病有共同的危险因素,如糖尿病、高血压病、动脉粥样硬化、吸烟等,通过共同或不同的机制相互影响,相互加重,甚至形成恶性循环,病情进展快,治疗效果及预后均差,因此,了解其发病机制并尽早诊治尤为重要。 In 2008,Ronco had explicitly put forward the concept of cardiorenal syndrome(CRS).According to the pathogenesis,CRS is divided into five clinical subtypes.type Ⅰ : acute heart-kidney syndrome; type Ⅱ :chronic heart-kidney syndrome;typeⅢ:acute kidney-heart syndrome;type Ⅳ:chronic kidney-disease heart syndrome;typeⅤ:secondary heartkidney syndrome.Heart-kidney disease share common risk factors,such as diabetes,hypertension,atherosclerosis,smoking and so on.They have influence on each other through common or different mechanisms,mutual aggravating,even form a vicious circle.The patient′s condition deteriorate rapidly, leading to a poor therapeutic effect and prognosis.Understanding its pathogenesis and early diagnosis and treatment is important.
