血清1,25-二羟维生素D3表达水平对糖尿病患者的临床意义

Clinical significance of serum 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D_3 expression level in diabetic patients

目的观察糖尿病患者血清中1,25-二羟维生素D3的表达水平,探讨其表达水平对糖尿病患者的临床意义。方法收集本院单纯糖尿病患者48例作为单纯糖尿病组,糖尿病肾病患者37例作为糖尿病肾病组,对照组选取50例健康体检者,采用ELISA法检测患者血清中1,25-二羟维生素D3的表达水平,分析1,25-二羟维生素D3的表达水平与糖尿病患者病情严重程度的关系。结果单纯糖尿病及糖尿病肾病患者血清中1,25-二羟维生素D3及25-二羟维生素D3表达水平明显低于健康体检者(t=4.87,P<0.05;t=5.12,P<0.05);糖尿病肾病组患者血清中1,25-二羟维生素D3及25-二羟维生素D3的表达水平明显低于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.56,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血清中1,25-二羟维生素D3的表达水平低于健康人,其表达水平与糖尿病患者病情严重程度呈负相关,这可能有助于临床上对糖尿病患者早期病情的判断。

Objective To observe the expression level of 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 in diabetic patients＇ serum,and to explore its clinical significance for diabetes lpatients.Methods A total of48 cases simple diabetes patients in our hospital were collected as simple diabetes group,37 cases diabetic nephropathy patients as diabetic nephropathy group,50 cases healthy subjects as the control group.ELISA was used to detect the expression level of 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 in all groups＇ serum,the relationship between the 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 expression and diabetic patients was analyzed.Results The expression of 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 in diabetes patients group and in diabetic nephropathy group were lower than in the control group（t=4.87,P〈0.05;t=5.12,P〈0.05）,and the expression of 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 in diabetic nephropathy group was lower than in the diabetic patients group（t=3.56,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 in diabetic patients is lower than healthy people,the expression is negatively correlated with diabetes severity,which may contribute to the clinical judgment on early diabetic patients.
