浅议城镇化进程中的农民工档案管理

在城镇化进程中,农民工群体发挥着越来越重要的作用。完善和优化农民工档案管理,对于维护农民工权益、合理配置农村劳动力资源、构建和谐社会具有重要意义。本文在分析农民工档案管理存在问题的基础上,提出了加强农民工档案管理的建议。

Migrant workers play an increasingly important role in the process of urbanization. Optimizing the personnel files management of migrant workers has great significance in safeguarding their rights and interests, allocating rural labor force rationally and forming a harmonious society. This paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the personnel files management of migrant workers based on the analysis of remaining problems.
