According to the overall requirements on the same period operation of first section of line 3 and phase I of line 1 of Shijiazhuang metro projects, with all the engineering characteristics of the first section of line 3 and phase I of line 1 of the projects, the paper analyzes the operation management, traffic organization, resource sharing and other issues of the first section of line 3 in the 2 lines same period operation, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
