ISCS Project Management in Transit

针对城市轨道交通综合监控项目建设中存在的高端人力资源稀缺、专业多、接口多、工期紧、施工现场制约多、参建人员人际关系技能差异大等特点,应用现代项目管理理论和工具,以计划控制和过程控制为重点,针对性地提出解决问题的方法,并对其项目管理提出建议。

In view of the characteristics of integrated supervisory control system （ISCS） projects in the urban rail transit construction, such as shortage of human resources with high-tech knowledge, multi- disciplinary concerning construction, many interfaces, tight schedules, too many restrictions at construction sites, and big differences of the participants in skills and in cultures, the paper uses the modern project management theory and tools, taking plan control and process control as the focuses, and it recommends methods of solving the problems, and puts forward some suggestions on the project management.
