摘要
以社会认知职业理论为依据,对大学毕业生选择基层就业的影响因素进行考察。结果发现:社会经济地位对结果期待和职业兴趣有显著的负向影响;学习经验直接影响结果期待,通过知觉支持间接、正向地影响自我效能感;知觉支持可以直接、正向地影响职业兴趣和职业意向,也可以通过自我效能感间接、正向地影响职业兴趣和职业意向;自我效能感直接、正向地影响结果期待,并且两者共同影响职业兴趣和职业意向。据此提出引导大学生赴基层就业的指导策略:开展毕业生基层实践活动、提升毕业生自我效能感、展示翔实的结果预期信息、建立社会支持系统。
This paper investigated the influencing factors on the choice of grass roots employment of college students based on social cognitive career theory. It was found that socio-economic status had a direct negative impact on the outcome expectations and career interests; learning experience impacted on outcome expectations directly and actively,and impacted on self-efficacy indirectly and actively by sensory support; sensory support had a directly and actively impact on career interests and career intentions,and also had a indirect and active impact on them by self-efficacy; self-efficacy impacted on outcome expectations actively,career interests and career intentions directly and actively; outcome expectations also had a directly and actively impact on career interests and career intentions. Career guidance strategies are advanced based on these finding.
