新“十六字”方针引导下高职院校学生入党积极分子队伍建设的思考

On the Team Construction of Active Applicants for Party Membership in Vocational Colleges Under the New “16 words” Policy Guidance

随着高职院校学生党员队伍的壮大,党员发展和管理工作出现了不适应新任务、新要求的新问题。文章根据我党发展党员的新"十六字"方针的内涵要求,对高职院校加强入党积极分子队伍建设管理工作提出了对策与建议:一是加强推优工作,严把入党积极分子"入门关";二是加强党务工作者队伍建设,为做好入党积极分子工作提供保障;三是加强教主机制建设,对入党积极分子工作提出要求;四是加强网上党校建设,拓宽入党积极分子工作新渠道。

With the growth of college Party members,there has been a new problem of Party member development and management,i. e. not adapted to the new situation,tasks and requirements. Based on connotation requirements of the new ＂16 words＂policy of Party development members,this paper put forward some suggestions to team construction of active applicants for Party membership in vocational colleges： First is to enhance the work of excellent applicants recommendation with strict entry of Party activists; Second is to strengthen team construction of officers on Party business,so as to offer a guarantee for Active Applicants work; Third is to strengthen the construction of evaluation mechanism so as to put forward the requirements for Active Applicants work; Fourth is to strengthen the construction of Online Party School,so as to widen the new channels for Active Applicants.
