教育经济与管理学科建设的困境及发展策略

The Difficulties and Development Strategies of Economics and Management Discipline Construction

经过短短的十几年建设,作为一门从属于公共管理一级学科的新兴交叉学科,其在教育学、教育经济学、教育管理学等主要研究领域取得了一定的成绩。通过对学科发展困境制约条件的深入剖析,发现该学科受到内在发展欠成熟、独立性较弱、就业困难等因素制约,尝试提出规范学科范式研究,糅合多学科教学视阈,强化学科设置与管理等可行的发展性策略,以促进教育经济与管理学科建设与发展的进步。

In recent years,the construction and development of disciplines of educational economics and management belonged to subject of public management. It has made considerable progress,while the inner development of the discipline is not completed and lack of academic independence. Therefore,for optimizing the environment of the discipline,this article try to put forward some specific measures,such as specify the disciplinary paradigm research,integrated multi- disciplinary and improving the quality of teach,coordinating multiple liabilities.
