摘要
以跨座式单轨车辆转向架为研究对象,以现代三维建模方法为基础,运用CATIA软件,详细分析了构架、走行轮、稳定轮、导向轮、走行轮辅助轮等零部件的建模过程。完成了转向架的组合装配,建立了转向架的三维实体模型,转向架运动仿真就是以转向架的虚拟装配模型为基础,实现构架、走行轮、稳定轮、导向轮在轨道梁上的运动模拟,直接观察和分析零部件的外形、零部件的相互位置关系和运动状态,反映机构的真实运动情况,为转向架的动态性能研究提供了参考。
The bogie of straddle-type monorail vehicle is researched by modern three-dimensional modeling method. Using CATIA software, a detailed analysis of the frame, traveling wheel, stabilizing wheels, steering wheel, the traveling auxiliary wheel and other parts is conducted. The bogie is completed and assembled, a 3D solid model of the bogie is built. The motion simulation of bogie is to show the frame, traveling wheel, stabilizing wheel and steering wheel moving in the orbit beam by the virtual assemble of bogie, so as to directly observe and analyze the shape, direction and movement of the parts of the bogie. It can reflect the true condition of the mechanism, and set up a foundation for the study of dynamic characteristic of bogie.
