摘要
基于弹性轮胎的转向特性,提出了赛车转向梯形优化目标函数。通过多元非线性约束最优化求解,得出转向梯形参数优化值。仿真和试验结果表明,优化后的赛车转向梯形内外轮之间转角关系符合期望值,所提出的转向梯形优化方法可行。
Based on the steering characteristics of elastic tire, the optimization objective function of steering trapezoidal for racing car was proposed. By solving the optimization with multivariate non-linear constrains, the optimized characteristic parameters of trapezoidal steering mechanism were achieved. The simulation and experimental results showed that the kinematic condition between the inner and outer steering angles of trapezoidal steering mechanism got closer to the required equation after optimization. The feasibility of the proposed optimization method for trapezoidal steering mechanism was cotffirmed.
