摘要
建立了驻车制动操纵机构总成的UG三维模型,并导入ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了有限元模型,通过模态振动试验验证有限元模型的精确性。根据仿真结果分析了主要零部件的应力应变分布和轻量化优化价值,对总成进行拓扑优化,并经可制造化处理后得到优化方案。优化以后的总成满足强度和刚度要求,总成质量减少了33.8%。
The model of the operating mechanism assembly of parking brake is built with software UG, and the finite element model is obtained by importing it into ANSYS software. The accuracy of the finite element model is verified by modal vibration testing. According to the simulation results, the stress and strain distribution and weight optimization value of the main components are both analyzed. Finally, the assembly is conducted topology optimization, the optimization program is established after manufacturing treatment. The results indicate that the optimization of the operating mechanism assembly of parking brake meets the requirements of strength and stiffness, and the weight of assembly decreases by 33.8%.
