摘要
现代意义上的指标体系产生于20世纪60年代。人类正在经历从小数据时代到大数据时代的历史变迁。教育指标体系是测量评估教育体系、教育发展和教育质量以及教育阶段性发展特征的重要战略工具,具有确定性、普遍性、一致性、可采集性、可计量性和可维护性六大特点。教育指标体系的构建过程不仅是一个学习过程、测量过程和评估过程,而且是预测过程、决策过程和价值建构过程。
The index system of modern sense was produced in the 1960＇s.Human beings are experiencing a historical change from＂small data＂ age to the age of big data.Education index system is an important policy tool of measuring and evaluating the education system,education development and education quality and the development characteristics,with six major characteristics like certainty,universality,consistency,acquisition,measurement and maintenance.The construction of index system of education is not only the process of learning,measurement and evaluation,but also the process of prediction,decision making and value construction.
