高校辅导员文化在新时期有其特定的内涵,加强高校辅导员队伍文化建设,有利于促进辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化,对于新时期辅导员队伍的稳定和发展具有重要的作用。成都学院结合学校实际情况和辅导员工作特点,通过探索与实践,逐渐形成了具有一定特色的辅导员队伍文化,有效促进了辅导员队伍的持续健康发展。

The culture of college counselors has its own specific connotation in the new era.Helping to promote professional development of counselor team,the construction of team culture plays an important role in the stability and advancement of counselor team.In combination with concrete practice and the characteristics of counseling work,distinctive counselor team culture has been gradually formed in Chengdu University upon exploration and practice over a long period,which has effectively promoted sustained and sound development of the counselor team.
