基于工学结合“岗证课一体化”的高职课程体系构建——以广州工程技术职业学院物流管理专业为例

Construction of Higher Vocational Course System Based on the Combination of Working and Learning of “Jobs,Certifications,Courses Integration”——Taking Guangzhou Institute of Technology Logistics Management Major as an Example

课程建设和改革是提高教学质量的核心,是实现人才培养目标的关键。以广州工程技术职业学院物流管理专业为实证研究对象,从高职物流管理专业课程体系建设现状分析,提出"岗证课一体化"内涵,以工学结合的人才培养规格为切入点,以就业和职业岗位群综合能力为导向,以学历证书与职业资格证书对接为主线,以课程建设与改革为核心,构建工学结合的"岗证课一体化"课程体系,研究师资、教材、实训基地、考核方法,为课程体系的实施提供保证。

Course construction and reform is the core of improving teaching quality and the key of realizing talent cultivation object.Taking logistics management major in Guangzhou Institute of Technology as the object of this empirical study,this paper analyzes the present situation of higher vocational logistics management major course system,puts forward the connotation of＂jobs,certifications,courses integration＂ concept from the view of talent training specifications of working with learning.It suggests that the construction should be guided by the cultivation of employment and job comprehensive abilities,take course construction and reform as cores,do research on faculty,teaching materials,training base,assessment method to provide a guarantee for the implementation of course system.
