Analyses the Factors Influencing Capital Structure of Listed Companies in China

由于中国市场经济发展不完善并且国际经济市场环境复杂多变,中国上市公司资本结构面临着许多问题:内源融资不足;资产负债率低;股权结构异常等。通过对中国上市公司资本结构问题的分析,提出优化融资结构、改善股权结构和完善市场经济体制等有效的解决措施,从而不断优化中国上市公司的资本结构,推动中国市场经济健康发展。

Due to the development of Chinese market economy is imperfect and the international economic environment variable,the capital structure of listed companies in China has many problems.In this paper,by analyzing the problems and reasons of capital structure of listed companies in China,and then puts forward the effective solutions,constantly optimize the capital structure of listed companies,and promote market economy in China.
