桑叶清热解毒颗粒质量标准研究

摘要 对桑叶清热解毒颗粒质量标准进行了研究,采用薄层色谱法对桑叶清热解毒颗粒进行定性鉴别,采用紫外可见分光光度法对桑叶清热解毒颗粒中总黄酮进行含量测定。结果表明:桑叶总黄酮线性范围是8-48mg/L ,平均回收率是98.57%,RSD是0.52%,该方法可行,重现性比较好,能有效地控制桑叶清热解毒颗粒的质量。 The object of the article is to study the quality standard for Mulberry heat—clearing and detoxicating granules .The article adopts TLC to conduct the qualitative identification of Mulberry heat—clearing and detoxicating granules and UV—Vis to measure the total flavonoids in Mulberry heat—clearing and detoxicating granules .The results show that linear range of M ulberry's total flavonoids is 8-48mg/L ,the average recovery rate is 98 .57% ,and RSD (% ) is 0 .52% .therefore ,the article comes to the conclusion that this method is available and has a good reproducibility ,which acan control the quality of Mulberry heat—clearing and detoxicating granules effectively .
