摘要
基于红外吸收气体检测原理设计了一款矿用红外一氧化碳气体浓度测试仪。该测试仪以AT89C52单片机为核心,实现控制和数据处理,采用双光源双探测器光路结构,对杂质气体和粉尘进行补偿。介绍了滤波放大、A/D转换、红外遥控、声光报警、无线收发、稳压电源等模块的设计。该测试仪的稳定性和测量精度较高,使用寿命较长,适用于煤矿等恶劣工业环境现场的一氧化碳监测。
An infrared tester of carbon monoxide gas concentration for mine is designed based on detection principle of infrared absorbing gas. The tester takes AT89C52 as the core to realize the control and data pro- cessing, adopts double light source and double probe light path structure to compensate the impurity gas and dust. The designs of filter amplifier, A/D conversion, infrared remote control, sound and light alarm, wireless transceiver and stabilized voltage supply are also introduced. The tester has a high stability and measuring ac- curacy, long service life, which is suitable for the monitoring of carbon monoxide in bad industrial environment field such as coal mine.
