摘要
设计了一种基于机器视觉的包装盒上点阵字符的自动检测与识别系统。详细论述了点阵字符的缺陷,系统的设计目标、结构与总体框架、主要硬件配置、点阵字符识别算法及喷码缺陷检测。测试结果表明该系统简单、经济、实用。为食品药品召回制度的顺利实施提供了技术物理支撑。
An automatic detection and identification box based on machine vision. The defects of lattice system is proposed to detect lattice character on packaging character, and design objective, structure, total framework, main hardware configuration of system, and identification algorithms of lattice character and defects detection of spray code are described in detail. Testing result shows that the system is simple, economic and practical, and provides support of technique and substance for smooth implementation of recalling system of food and drug.
