摘要 为了实现田间作物叶片叶绿素含量的快速、无损检测,基于AT89S52单片机开发了一款便携式叶绿素采集处理终端。系统根据光电无损检测叶绿素的原理进行设计,通过比对940 nm和650 nm两束不同频率的光透过叶片的强度变化来定量描述叶片叶绿素的相对含量,实现对叶片叶绿素浓度的快速、实时、无损检测。仪器主要由光发射装置、光强度检测装置、微处理器模块、A/D模块、RS232通信模块等组成。实验结果表明仪器测量值与其他方法测量结果具有一致性,适合在我国进行推广。 To achieve the fast, non-destructive testing of field crops chlorophyll content, a portable chlorophyll acquisition and processing terminal based on AT89S52 microcontroller is developed. The instrument is designed based on the principle of non-destructive photoelectric rapid detection of chlorophyll. The relative content of chlorophyll is quantitatively described by comparing two different frequency( 940 nm and 650 nm) beams of light intensity through vanes to achieve rapid, real-time, non-destructive testing of chlorophyll concentration. The instrument mainly consists of light-emitting device, light intensity detecting device, a microprocessor mod- ule, A/D module, RS232 communication module. Experimental results show that the measurement value is con- sistent with other methods. It is suitable for promoting in our country.
